PHASE IV. IMPLEMENTATION OF WORKSHOPS
Implementation of workshops for the development of a family of products (Action phase).

Production and commercialization study (during phases III and IV)
Study and implementation of the commercial message and market strategies (documentation phase)
Once both the production strategies and methodology used in the prototype development are defined, the facilitators will visit the different locations and will proceed to set up the workshops. The workshops are to be adapted to establish a viable work method in which the artisans will participate in the development of the family of products.
The distribution and commercialization means of the designed products will be specified during this phase. The study and definition of the commercial message, of the commercialization and of the market strategies will be developed from an informative point of view: the sales of the products should be backed by the knowledge of the origin and the evolution of the objects. The commercialization platforms should also be used to communicate the project’s inherent values and, ultimately, transmitted through the objects.
